History made as two flights from Ghana landed in Barbados

History was made yesterday when His Majesty Otumfo Tutu II, King of the Ashanti Kingdom, landed in Barbados onboard one of two chartered flights from Ghana to Barbados ahead of the GUBA Awards being hosted on island this week.

Marsha Alleyne, Chief Product Development Officer of the Barbados Tourism and Marketing Inc. spoke about the significance and potential impact of this milestone.
