Michael "Mitch" Mayers
Technical Services Consultant
Mr. Michael Mayers accepted an offer to join the Company on January 02, 1962 as a Junior Engineer. After a break in service, Mr. Mayers rejoined the Company as an Engineer on April 15, 1964. He was subsequently promoted to the position of Head of Technical Services and remained in that position until he retired.
Today, Mr. Mayers is the Technical Services Consultant. His expertise is called upon to resolve highly technical areas in the operations whether it be transmitters or studio equipment. It is said that Mr. Mayers knows where to locate every wire in the building.
